With goal-setting and behavior analysis as my fundamental coaching framework, this approach can assist you in finding a sense of direction when you feel lost. With gentle guidance, you’ll learn how to develop new habits that actually last, and your personal growth will skyrocket.

Together we’ll build a program specifically structured for your needs. With a robust accountability plan alongside tools and practices designed to get you feeling strong and confident once again, we will get you back on your RIGHT path.

This method requires serious action, accountability, and rigorous goal-setting. If you truly want to see change, you must take responsibility for what is actually within your control. With assertiveness training, I can help you! I’ll be assertive, forward, and hold you accountable as I teach you important tools and daily practices. I have the map and scientifically-proven techniques that will positively impact your life. I’ll support you as you work through your interpersonal relationships, help you crack the code of daily obstacles, and train you in creating and maintaining healthy boundaries. Coaching will empower you to finally take those first steps and begin!

SOLUTION-FOCUSED

- Finding solutions in the present, with quick and pragmatic resolution of one’s problems. 

- Tapping into the inner strength, wisdom, experiences, and overall resilience you already have to create the change you want to see.

- Goal setting, self-actualization, understanding locus of control, and direct behavioral change.

MOTIVATIONAL INTERVIEWING

- Resolve ambivalent feelings and insecurities to find the internal motivation needed to change behavior. 

- Practical and empathetic process that takes into consideration how difficult it is to make life changes while increasing your motivation to make the commitment to positive behavioral change. 

COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL COACHING

- Focus on present circumstances and emotions in real time. 

- Improve/encourage healthy thinking patterns and behaviors.

- Application of skills learned through assignments and accountability between sessions, such as exercises to observe and recognize thought patterns in real life situations.

- Significant improvement in functioning and overall quality of life.

- Learn what is blocking your ability to start, gain progress, or deservingness of change.

- Adjust your thinking patterns, alter your belief systems about who you are and what you deserve, and ultimately change your behavior in the positive ways you’re seeking.

How is coaching different from therapy?

SOME QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER:

Are your challenges significantly impairing your daily life?

Are you experiencing trauma, flashbacks, nightmares, panic or anxiety attacks, hypervigilant behavior, consistent triggering from historical pain?

Do you have an unmanaged diagnosis? 

Are you in a deep depression and unable to get out of bed? 

Are you consumed by such significant anxiety that it’s crippling (impeding on your life and relationships) or keeping you from accomplishing your goals? 

Do you want to move slow, and build a trusting relationship with me over time, less structured and more focused on your emotional stability?

COACHING WILL NOT:

Take a deep dive into your past or process any form of historical/generational traumas or historical conditioning, directly address abuse, or specific disorders/diagnosis.

Address or directly support any pathology specifically (ie: anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, personality disorders, etc).

Move slow. We’re not messing around with pointing the finger nor attacking your partner. We are not blaming or processing pain placed upon you by your family.

The services I provide are built through an integrated client-centered humanistic approach with focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic practices, Gestalt, Narrative Therapy, and Gottman. As an advocate for equal rights, I provide care to all people, period. The foundation of my practice is to create a safe space that is supportive of a personalized, equitable experience for exactly who you are and how you show up in this world.

Please note: My coaching services are available to all U.S. residents. My therapy services can only be provided to residents of the state of California. I do not accept insurance at this time.
