I provide direct, honest, no-nonsense therapy for people who feel disconnected, unmotivated, or tired of living a life that doesn’t match who they want to be. This isn’t about quick fixes and just managing symptoms. This is about rebuilding yourself from the inside out: your identity, your purpose, your direction…so the weight you’re carrying doesn’t crush you anymore.

The therapy services I provide are built through an integrated Person-Centered approach with focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic practices, Gestalt, and Gottman. My therapy services can only be provided to residents of the state of California. Sessions are virtual zoom meetings, telephone by request. I do not accept insurance at this time.
