VULNERABILITY

You are not weak or less of a man simply because you have feelings of inadequacy, intimacy issues, struggles with performance anxiety, or lack self-worth and self-esteem. Nor are you selfish just because you struggle to understand and communicate empathetically. You can “be a man” and also be vulnerable. You can be strong and protective of your people, and get your needs met too. Learn to increase your emotional intelligence, give voice to your feelings, and still live your life the way you want.

 

SELF-CONFIDENCE

Become the man you’ve always wanted to be. Boldly infuse your daily life with more trust in yourself, a deeper sense of self-awareness, and personal advocacy. Through our work together, you will be given simple tools to rebuild your self-esteem and confidently embody who you truly are. We will learn what really drives you, and how to redefine success in a way that effectively propels you toward your goals.

RELATIONSHIPS

Cultivate active listening and communication skills, become more understanding, see your partner for who they truly are, and approach your personal life through a more empathetic lens. Learn how to build healthier relationships by holding space for yourself and providing it for the people you care about most.

Through my own journey and experience in counseling men, I am all too familiar with the expectations around being a “real man” and “not being man enough.” In response to this, I have designed a program that helps men become their strongest selves.

The services I provide are built through an integrated client-centered humanistic approach with focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic practices, Gestalt, Narrative Therapy, and Gottman. As an advocate for equal rights, I provide care to all people, period. The foundation of my practice is to create a safe space that is supportive of a personalized, equitable experience for exactly who you are and how you show up in this world.

Please note: My therapy services can only be provided to residents of the state of California. I do not accept insurance at this time.
